Admission is expected to take place on 8 August 2014.\nAll of the Shares have been previously issued and allotted. 4,265,932 of the Ordinary Shares have been issued and allotted under employee share schemes in the period January 2001 to January 2006. 2,752,716 of the Ordinary Shares have been issued and allotted in relation to scrip dividends in 2004 and 2006.
