The General Meeting will be held at 9.00am on Thursday 5 October 2017 at Edinburgh House, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury BL9 8RR.\nIn connection with this, the following documents will be posted to shareholders today:\n- An explanatory circular, containing the Notice of General Meeting, regarding the proposed related party transaction; and\n- The General Meeting Form of Proxy.\nA copy of these documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.\nA copy of the Circular will be available to view on the Company's website at www.jdplc.com from today.
