[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n 13 DECEMBER 2022\n \n \n \n \n JD SPORTS FASHION PLC\n \n \n \n \n GENERAL MEETING 2022 - VOTING RESULTS\n \n \n \n At the General Meeting of JD Sports Fashion Plc (the \"Company\" or \"Group\") held on 13 December 2022 at its offices at Edinburgh House, Hollinsbrook Way, Pilsworth, Bury, BL9 8RR all resolutions\n as set out in the Notice of General Meeting\n were strongly supported and duly passed\n on a poll by the requisite majorities\n .
