It was confirmed that the review would involve engagement with its shareholders with a focus on remuneration issues. \n \nThe Board today confirms that such initial engagement with some of the Company's major shareholders has now taken place and that their views on a wide range of corporate governance issues have been obtained. This engagement will continue during the first quarter of 2020 and it is the Board's intention to use the findings from this exercise to assist in the preparation of the Company's Annual Report for the 52-week period to 1 February 2020.
