Most recently he was an Executive Board Director of Pentland Brands PLC, from which he retired in 2008. During his career, Andrew also held a number of senior positions with British Shoe Corporation, The Burton Group Plc and Timpson Shoes Limited. \nAndrew is not currently a director of any other publicly listed company and has not been so within the past five years. There are no other details to disclose under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules in relation to his appointment. \nCommenting on the appointment, Peter Cowgill, Executive Chairman, said: \"We are delighted that Andrew has agreed to join the board as a non-executive director.
