As per amended provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading ) Regulations 2015, subsequent clarifications issued by BSE Ltd. vide their circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019- 20 dt 2nd April, 2019, regarding trading restriction period, this is to inform you that the trading window for Connected persons/ Insiders and their relatives covered under the code of conduct shall remain closed from 1st April, 2025 till 48 hours of declaration of financial result of the Company for the qtr and financial year ending on 31st March, 2025.
