The\nOffering was oversold with 7,449,499 Units being placed for total\nproceeds of $893,940.\n \n \n \n \n Each Unit consisted of one common share of the Company\n(a “Share”) and one half (1/2) of a transferable common share\npurchase warrant (a “Warrant”).
