(JDN: TSXV) (the \"Company\") announces the voting results for the election of its Board of Directors at its annual general meeting (\"AGM\") held on June 30, 2016.\n\n \n \nDirectors and Officers \n\n\n \nA total of 14,091,370 shares were represented at the AGM, being 21.42% of the Company's issued and outstanding shares. Shareholders voted in favor of all matters brought before the AGM including the approval of the Company's stock option plan, the reappointment of MNP LLP as the Company's Auditor for the ensuing year and setting the number of directors at three. Ms. Lok is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting and Transportation Logistics from the University of British Columbia.
