[{"type":"text","content":"\n Jarvis Securities plc\n15 September 2006\n\n\nJARVIS SECURITIES PLC\n\nDirectors' Holdings / Transaction in Own Shares\n\nFollowing the announcement of Mr Lionel Grant's retirement, the directors have\nundertaken the following transactions today in the shares of Jarvis Securities\nplc ('Jarvis' or 'the Company') to consolidate their holdings in Jarvis within\nthe Grant family investment vehicle, Sion Holdings Limited, and to repay the\noutstanding small directors' loan balances due to the Company.\n\n\nMr Lionel Grant has sold 1,000 shares at a price of 100p and no longer holds any\nshares directly in the Company.\n\nMrs Florence Grant, Mr Lionel Grant's wife, has sold 1,000 shares at a price\nof 100p and no longer holds any shares directly in the Company.\n\nMr Andrew Grant has sold 9,500 shares at a price of 100p and no longer holds any\nshares directly in the Company.\n\nMrs Jane Grant, Mr Andrew Grant's wife, has sold 1,000 shares at a price of 100p\nand no longer holds any shares directly in the Company.\n\nMr Mathew Edmett has sold 8,500 shares at a price of 100p and no longer has an\ninterest in the Company's shares.\n\n\nFollowing these Disposals Andrew and Lional Grant are (through their family\nholdings in Sion Holdings Limited) beneficially interested in 7,527,422\nOrdinary shares in the Company representing 66.03 per cent. of the Company's\nissued share capital.\n\n\nSion Holdings Limited holds 7,610,050 ordinary shares in the Company being 66.8\nper cent. of the reduced issued share capital.\n\n\nFurther, the Company has purchased 30,000 shares at a price of 100p for\ncancellation.
