[{"type":"text","content":"\n Jarvis Securities plc\n21 March 2007\n\n\n\n\n\n Jarvis Securities plc\n \n ('Jarvis' or 'the Company')\n \n Contract wins and transactions in own shares\n\n\nThe Company is pleased to announce that it has reached agreement with Park\nCaledonia Associates Limited to provide outsourced trade capture, settlement\nand custody services.\n\nPark Caledonia was established in 1993 in Scotland and started its life as an\nIndependent Financial Advisor. Over the years the Company has remained closely\nlinked to its Scottish roots, running a financial advice service on behalf of \nthe Scottish Football Association and sponsoring the Scottish Youth FA. More\nrecently the Company has expanded from its base in Glasgow to the South of\nEngland, culminating in the opening of a London office from which its dedicated\nretail stock broking services division will operate.\n\nThe Company has two further outsourcing contracts agreed with parties awaiting\nregulatory approval before they can commence trading. Further details will be\nissued in due course.\n\nAs the above indicates, the Company continues to make good progress in the\ncommercial field alongside the retail activities and intends to issue a trading\nupdate for the first quarter of 2007 in mid April.\n\nIn addition, the company has purchased a total of 80,000 of its own Ordinary\nshares at an average price of 130.64p into Treasury and has today applied for\nthese to be cancelled. The resulting issued share capital is 11,200,000.
