[{"type":"text","content":"\n Jarvis Securities plc\n04 August 2006\n\n\n Jarvis Securities Plc\n\n ('Jarvis' or 'the Company')\n\n Contract Win and Transaction in own shares\n\nThe Company is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with Sigma\nFinancial Management Limited to provide them with nominee and trading services\non an introducing broker basis.\n\nFurther the Company announces that it sold 200,000 ordinary shares from Treasury\n(ex-dividend) at a price of 80 pence per share on 3 August 2006 to meet\ninstitutional demand.\n\nThe Company also announces that between 2 August 2006 and 3 August 2006 it\nbought 10,000 shares at a price of 92 pence per share. The Company now holds\n10,000 shares in Treasury.
