[{"type":"text","content":"\n Jarvis Securities plc\n07 February 2008\n\n\n Jarvis Securities plc\n\n\n ('Jarvis' or 'the Company')\n\n\n Board Change/Director's Shareholding/Transaction in Own Shares\n\n\nJarvis Securities plc, the administration and outsourcing operation which\nsupplies retail execution only stock broking facilities as well as outsourced\ninvestment services and Model B settlement, is pleased to announce the\nappointment of Graeme McAusland B.Sc to the Board as a Non-Executive Director\nwith effect from 1 March 2008.\n\n\nGraeme (aged 42) has held a number of senior positions and is on the Board of\nThe Children's Mutual where he holds the post of Chief Operating Officer\nresponsible for all financial and governance areas including compliance, risk\nmanagement and audit functions. He has implemented and managed a number of new\noperating and business models to enhance and increase the scale of business,\nhaving previously held the position of Financial Director and Appointed Actuary.\n\n\nPrior to this, Graeme held various management roles including Head of Corporate\nDevelopment with Prudential plc and is a Fellow of the Faculty of Actuaries.\n\n\nGraeme owns no shares or options in the Company at the present time.\n\n\n\nThe following information is disclosed pursuant to Rule 17, Schedule Two (g) of\nthe AIM Rules for Companies:\n\n\nCurrent Appointments\n\n\nTunbridge Wells Insurance Services Limited\n\nTunbridge Wells Equitable Investments Company Limited\n\nTunbridge Wells Equitable Services Company\n\n\nGraeme is also a member of the Management Board of the Tunbridge Wells Equitable\nFriendly Society Limited\n\n\nThere is no further information to disclose.\n\n\nCommenting on the appointment of Graeme to the Board, Andrew Grant, Chairman and\nChief Executive said:\n\n\n'We are delighted that Graeme has agreed to join the Board of Jarvis.
