The new Ordinary Shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares, and dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 24th of August 2013. \n \nFollowing Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 10,727,000 ordinary shares. The Company holds no shares in treasury.
