The revised announcement, which has Chris Sutton's correct resultant shareholding is set out below.\n \nJames Latham plc\n\n(\"James Latham\" or the \"Company\")\nPeter Latham and Directors' Shareholdings\nFurther to the announcement on 7 May 2014 the Company is pleased to announce that Peter Latham has made an excellent recovery and has returned to work, initially in a part time capacity.
