[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5360Z Latham(James) PLC 15 December 2017 \n\nJames Latham plc\n \n(\"James Latham\" or \"the Company\")\n \nPDMR Dealings and Total Voting Rights\n \n \nJames Latham announces that on 13 December 2017, it transferred 50,000 of its Treasury Shares into the James Latham plc Employee Benefits Scheme in order to provide shares to satisfy the requirements of the Company's share option schemes.\n \nFollowing this transfer, the total number of voting rights is 19,690,800. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.\n \nThe Company also announces that on 13 December 2017, the Trustees of the Company's CSOP scheme issued 5,502 shares to certain PDMRs of the Company under the 2012 CSOP scheme at 272.5p per share as below, and to Andrew Wright under the 2011 CSOP scheme at 229.5p per share.
