[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 0918S Latham(James) PLC 03 September 2010 \n \n\nJames Latham plc \n \n(\"James Latham\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \nClapton Site and Director Shareholding\n \n \n \nJames Latham announces that on 1 September 2010 it received a further £360,000 under the contract for the sale of the Clapton site arising from enhanced development. The site was sold during the year ended 31 March 2005 and the directors are not anticipating any further amounts to be received from the sale. \n \nJames Latham announces that the Trustees of the James Latham plc Employee Benefits Scheme acquired 17,650 ordinary 25p shares in the Company on 26 August 2010 at 170p per share, and on 2 September 2010 acquired 4,352 shares at 173p per share. 3,265 of the shares acquired on 2 September were sold by Chris Sutton, a director of the Company, out of his SIPS holding. The Trustees include Pippa Latham and David Dunmow, who are both directors of the Company. \n \nIn addition the Trustees of the Company's SIPS scheme allocated 6,731 ordinary 25p shares in the Company on 27 August 2010 at 175p per share to the following directors:\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSIPS scheme allocation \n\n\nResultant Shareholding \n\n\nPercentage of the Company's Total Voting Rights \n\n\n\n\nPeter Latham \n\n\n387 \n\n\n1,100,619 \n\n\n 5.72% \n\n\n\n\nDavid Dunmow \n\n\n2,980 \n\n\n68,934 \n\n\n 0.36% \n\n\n\n\nChris Sutton \n\n\n267 \n\n\n12,795 \n\n\n0.07% \n\n\n\n\nNick Latham \n\n\n2,988 \n\n\n592,656 \n\n\n3.08% \n\n\n\n\nPippa Latham \n\n\n109 \n\n\n364,749 \n\n\n1.90% \n\n\n\n\n \nThe resultant shareholding in the Employee Benefit Trust is 120,807 ordinary shares.
