This represents a profit over book value of circa £300k.\n \nJames Fisher acquired the vessel as part of the acquisition of F T Everard & Sons Limited.\n \nChairman of James Fisher, Tim Harris, commented:\n \n\"This sale brings our fleet capacity more into line with the current demands of our contract partners and further reduces the capital employed in the Marine Oil Division.
