Mr Todd, a Chartered Engineer,\nstarted his career with 14 years at sea on a wide range of vessels. After\njoining Brookes Bell in 1983 he became a partner in 1986 and was appointed\nmanaging partner in 2001, a post he held for over 6 years of sustained growth.\nHe has extensive experience of ships operations and has been the lead expert on\nmany high profile projects, including recently the wreck removal operation of\nMSC Napoli.\n\n\n\nTim Harris, Executive Chairman, said:\n\n\n\n'We are delighted to welcome Arthur to our team and look forward to benefiting\nfrom his great knowledge and experience of the marine industry.
