[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 4785I Cropper(James) PLC 09 August 2019 \n\n9 August 2019\n \nJames Cropper Plc\n(the \"Company\")\n \nNotification of Transaction of Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility\n(\"PDMR\")\n \nThe Company was notified on 8 August 2019 that, on the same day, the Trustees of James Cropper Plc Share Incentive Plan (\"JC SIP Plan\") transferred 374 ordinary shares of 25p each (\"Shares\") in the Company to a participant of the SIP Scheme.\n \nThe Shares were awarded to the participant on:\n\n\n\nDate of award\n\n\nNumber of Shares \n\n\nPrice per Share\n\n\n\n\n18 July 2016\n\n\n201\n\n\n734.25p\n\n\n\n\n25 July 2017\n\n\n94\n\n\n1682.5p\n\n\n\n\n19 July 2018\n\n\n79\n\n\n1461.5p\n\n\n\n \nBeneficial rights to participants are recognised immediately upon reward.\n \nThe SIP trust holds Shares for a 5-year period from the date of the award and then transfers the Shares to the participants.
