[{"type":"text","content":"\n Cropper(James) PLC\n07 February 2007\n\n\n James Cropper PLC ('the Company')\n\n Issue of Equity and Block Listing\n\nThis announcement replaces announcement RNS 6117Q released at 08.35 on 2 \nFebruary 2007.\n\nAmendments have been made to separate those shares already issued and allotted \nfrom those to be included in the Block Listing. The aggregate number of shares \nto be admitted to trading has remained the same.\n\n\nApplication has been made to the UK Listing Authority for admission of 81,985\nordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'), that have\nalready been issued and allotted following the exercise of employee options, and\na block listing of 41,077 Ordinary Shares, that are yet to be issued and\nallotted pending the exercise of employee options.
