(\"Jaguar\" or the \"Company\") (TSX:JAG) announces that, after careful consideration, it has decided to postpone its annual general and special meeting of shareholders (the \"Meeting\") to July 30, 2020. A new Notice of Meeting and Record Date will be filed on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Company has elected to postpone the Meeting, which was originally scheduled for June 30, 2020. As such, the Company has not yet filed its executive compensation disclosure, which will be filed and delivered to shareholders as part of Jaguar's management information circular relating to the Meeting (the \"Circular\"). The Company is relying on the temporary blanket relief provided by the Canadian Securities Administrators, including the exemptive relief contained in Ontario Instrument 51-504 - Temporary Exemptions from Certain Requirements to File or Send Securityholder Materials of the Ontario Securities Commission, to extend the deadline for such disclosure to coincide with the filing of the Circular.Due to ongoing concerns related to the spread of COVID-19, and in order to mitigate potential risks to the health and safety of its shareholders, employees and other stakeholders, Jaguar is, for the time-being, encouraging shareholders and others not to attend the Meeting in person. Instead, shareholders should vote their shares prior to the Meeting as per the voting instructions that will be set-out in the Circular and listen to the Meeting online by way of a live audio conference call. Shareholders will be able to ask questions of management through the conference call at the end of the Meeting.Further details with respect to the conference call will be included in the Circular.
