Tyler Commercial Investment in Phytomedicinal Research Award to the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Napo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Specifically, this award acknowledges the successful development and approval of crofelemer, which is derived from the medicinal Croton lechleri tree in the Amazon rainforest.Crofelemer, the active ingredient in Mytesi®, the Company's FDA-approved prescription drug product, is a naturally derived new molecular entity extracted and purified from the red bark sap of the Croton lechleri tree.
