An EGM of the Company\nhas been convened for 9.00 a.m. on 20 June in connection with the class 1\nconsent described in the Circular.\n\nCopies of both the Prospectus and the Circular will be available for inspection\nshortly at the Document Viewing Facility of the Financial Services Authority, 25\nThe North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.\n\nBoth documents are available for collection free of charge during normal\nbusiness hours on any weekday (excluding public holidays) from the Company's\nregistered office, 1 Grosvenor Place, London SW1X 7JJ.
