(AIM:JSE, TSXV:JSE) (\"Jadestone\" or the \"Company\"), an independent oil and gas production company focused on the Asia Pacific region, is pleased to announce that its safety case for the Montara oil project (\"Montara\"), offshore Australia, has now been accepted by Australia's National Offshore Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority (\"NOPSEMA\").\n \nAcceptance of the safety case was the last remaining requirement before Montara operatorship could be transferred from the seller to Jadestone. \n \nPaul Blakeley, President and CEO commented:\n \n\"I am delighted to have our Montara safety case accepted by NOPSEMA. Australia is a tier one regulatory regime which requires operators to demonstrate a very high standard of care in the oil and gas industry.
