Jadestone Energy plc announced an extension of Dr. Adel Chaouch's role as Executive Chairman until no later than December 4, 2026, to focus on strategic initiatives aimed at unlocking and communicating the company's value, complementing the CEO's leadership. This decision follows Dr. Chaouch's successful tenure since December 5, 2024, during which he oversaw key strategic actions, including the recruitment of T. Mr. Little has assumed full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the Company and is having a positive impact on the business. \n \nThe Board believes that extending Dr. Chaouch's role as Executive Chairman, specifically focused on strategic initiatives to unlock and communicate the Company's underlying value, will be complementary to Mr. Little's role as CEO and will maximize shareholder value.
