The Restricted Shares award has been made in accordance with Dr. Chaouch's Executive Chairman contract, which includes an incentive relating to the performance of the Akatara field onshore Indonesia, with these targets being achieved in April 2025.\n \nDr. Chaouch is person discharging managerial responsibilities.
