Kevin O'Byrne retired from the Company on 4 March 2023.\n \n \n \n \n \n Since the announcement on 5 July 2022, Bláthnaid Bergin has stepped down as Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Audit Committee and Senior Independent Director of Artemis Alpha Investment Trust.
