(the \"Company\") announces that at a meeting of the Board of Directors on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, it resolved to change its organizational structure and personnel effective April 1, 2025. Details are as follows.\n \n \n 1. Change to the organizational structure\n \n \n The Company plans to strengthen its organizational structure to accelerate operations, aiming to achieve the Izumi Group's growth strategy.\n \n \n (Purpose)\n \n To establish an organizational structure that supports the vision of the Izumi Group's supermarket business, which the Company sees as a key growth driver\n Reinforcing the information security system\n To accelerate innovation in its stores and increase productivity\n To improve customer satisfaction\n To integrate the sales and supervisor departments and strengthen the store support system\n To enhance the public relations, investor relations and sustainability promotion systems\n \n (Main Content)\n \n The Company will create a New Supermarket (SM) Merchandising Department within the Food Division to accelerate the transformation of the supermarket business throughout the entire Group, including the SUNNY business.\n The Company will establish an Information System Division to strengthen the information management system throughout the entire Izumi Group, based on the innovative reconstruction efforts to address ransomware-inflicted damage.\n The Company will establish an Innovation Promotion Department to improve productivity and accelerate store innovation through collaboration with people in the field.\n The Company will establish the Customer Satisfaction (CS) Department which will administers the Customer Satisfaction (CS) Section and Casher Management Section to improve customer satisfaction.
