Effective tomorrow, September 19, 2017, the Company will now be named IZON Network, Inc. and the new ticker symbol will be “IZNN.”Concurrently with the Name and Symbol Change, the Company’s majority shareholders approved change in the Company’s common stock par value from $0.001 to $0.0001 and an increase in the Company’s authorized capital stock to 1,250,000,000 shares of which 1,225,000,000 shares are common stock. In order to complete these actions, the Company filed an amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation which was effective with the Oklahoma Secretary of State on August 29, 2017.
