(the “Company”) (OTC PINK: CADY) – a pioneer in providing cloud-based content and media solutions for golfers and golf courses – announced that on August 24, 2017, the Board of Directors and majority of shareholders approved: (i) a name change of the Company from Digital Caddies, Inc. to IZON Network, Inc., (ii) a change in the Company’s ticker symbol from “CADY” to “IZON” – or, if unavailable, to “IZNN” or “IZZN” – subject to approval by FINRA, (iii) a change in the Company’s common stock par value from $0.001 to $0.0001, and (iv) an increase in the Company’s authorized capital stock from 250,000,000 shares to 1,250,000,000 shares consisting of: (i) 1,225,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.0001 per share and (ii) 25,000,000 shares of preferred stock, par value $0.0001 per share. In order to complete the foregoing actions, the Company is filing an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation and will announce the new ticker symbol upon receiving approval by FINRA.IZON Network reflects the Company’s proprietary tablet-based technology platform that provides golfers and golf courses with a wealth of application and services that heighten the golfing experience and provides the golf course with many valuable operating tools.
