[{"type":"text","content":"Citation: 2017 BCSECCOM 292Variation of Cease Trade OrderIZON Network, Inc.(formerly Digital Caddies, Inc.)Sections 164 and 171 of the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418¶ 1 On February 6, 2013, the Executive Director ordered, under section 164(1) of the Act, that all trading in the securities of Digital Caddies, Inc. cease until it files the required records and the Executive Director revokes the cease trade order.¶ 2 Effective August 29, 2017, Digital Caddies, Inc. changed its name to IZON Network, Inc.¶ 3 IZON Network, Inc. has not filed the required records and the Executive Director has not made an order under section 164 of the Act revoking the cease trade order.¶ 4 Under section 171 of the Act, the Executive Director varies the order to reflect the change of name from Digital Caddies, Inc. to IZON Network, Inc.¶ 5 September 20, 2017Michael L.
