[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5455P IXICO plc 29 May 2018 \n\n29 May 2018\n \nIXICO plc\n(\"IXICO\" or the \"Company\")\n \nResult of General Meeting\n \n \nFurther to the announcement on 3 May 2018 in relation to the placing (\"Placing\") of new ordinary shares (\"Placing Shares\") in the Company to raise £5.5 million and the despatch of a related shareholder circular, IXICO plc (AIM: IXI), the digital technologies company serving neuroscience, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today were duly passed.\n \nTotal voting rights\n \nAs a result, the Placing has become unconditional other than in respect of admission of the Placing Shares to trading on AIM. Application has been made for admission to trading on AIM of 19,642,856 Placing Shares.
