Following this transaction Grant Nash holds 200,000 shares in IXICO.\n \n \n \n \n \n Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM the 200,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each (\"New Shares\") to satisfy the exercise of options. The New Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 16 December 2022.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Total voting rights\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Application has been made for admission to trading on AIM of 200,000 New Shares.
