PHYTOPHARM PLC 11 October 1999 Board Appointment The Board of Phytopharm is pleased to announce that Jayne Allan, currently the Director of Clinical Research for Phytopharm, has been appointed to the Board as Director of Resource and Planning. In this role she will have responsibility for co-ordinating Phytopharm's development programmes and dealing with human resource and personnel issues.
