ITOKK, INC. ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF ITS FIRST CHEIF FINANICAL OFFICER 

VANCOUVER CANADA, Feb 14, 2011 (PINK: IKTO), Itokk, Inc. today announced that Mr. Rick Hewson, has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer of ITOKK, effective immediately. Mr. Hewson will report directly to Kevin Penstock, ITOKK’s Chief Executive Officer.

“On behalf of ITOKK’s Board, I would like to welcome Mr. Hewson as our new and first CFO of ITOKK, INC,” said Mr. Penstock. “We are privileged to have an experienced financial executive like Mr. Hewson join as part of our team while we begin to build a new management team and formalize new financial strategies and operational planning. Mr. Hewson’ s broad range of financial, operational, strategic and accounting experience as a CMA makes him an excellent addition to the Company. We are confident that he will be an asset as we execute new business strategies of seeking new capital and to preserve capital, maximize value on its assets and assess available options for maximizing returns to shareholders."

Mr. Hewson most recently served and continues in several Senior Financial roles from 1986 to 2011, including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Finance and Controller in Canada, United States, Africa and South America for small to large capital publicly traded and privately held companies with revenues between $10 million and $600 million annually.
