Dr Lloyd, in his role as Director of Engineering, will continue to\nwork at ITM as a full time employee of the Company for a period of around six\nmonths to conclude his present projects, after which time he will assume a\nconsultancy role to the Company.\n\nDr Lloyd was a founder director of ITM and will still remain a major\nshareholder. Through careful succession planning, Dr Lloyd's role will be filled\nby scientists and technicians from within the Company when his consultancy role\nis assumed.\n\nCommenting on Dr Lloyd's retirement, Jim Heathcote Chief Executive of ITM said:\n\n'We would like to thank Jonathan for his contribution to ITM over the past eight\nyears.
