[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 2632F ITM Power PLC 22 May 2013  \n \n\n22 May 2013\n \nITM Power plc\n(\"ITM Power\" or the \"Company\")\n \nCalifornia Energy Commission Report\n \nITM Power (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel company, notes its inclusion in the recently published California Energy Commission (\"CEC\") Staff Report that has been made available via the internet.\n \nThe Company has been named as the electrolyser provider in a consortium headed by Californian company Hydrogen Frontier that has submitted a tender to install an Hydrogen Generation & Fuelling Facility at the Hyundai North America R&D Facility located in Chino, California. The report can be viewed at the following link: http://www.energy.ca.gov/2013publications/CEC-600-2013-002/CEC-600-2013-002.pdf\n \nThe Company confirms that it is part of the consortium, however, the contract has not yet been approved by the CEC and there can be no certainty as to its approval. \n \nThe Hydrogen Frontier tender was included in the Notice of Proposed Awards issued by the CEC on 11 April 2013.
