She joined Ecclesiastical Insurance Office plc in August 2018 from Good Energy Group plc, an AIM listed renewable electricity company where she was Chief Financial Officer.\n \n \n \n \n \n Before joining Good Energy Group, Denise held a variety of finance roles at RSA Insurance Group, Direct Line, Royal Bank of Scotland and Barclays, which followed roles at Neville Russell and Ernst and Young. She was a Non-Executive Director of Skipton Building Society from September 2015 to April 2021.\n \n \n \n \n \n Denise is a chartered accountant and a fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Sir Roger Bone, Chairman of ITM Power, said:\n \n \"I am delighted to welcome Denise to the Board of ITM Power. She combines a strong history of knowledge and experience of accounting with valuable experience in the renewable energy sector.
