He will be based at the Company's facility and offices in Sheffield.\n\nOriginally from St Helens, Lancashire, Barry is a chartered accountant with over 15 years' experience in industry, most recently as Finance & HR Director at the privately owned Italian metals business Sogepar Group. Prior to Sogepar, Barry was Financial Controller, International Projects for Kvaerner. For the last three months Barry has been the Interim CFO at ITM while the Company conducted a search, both internal and external, for the permanent role. \n\nDr Graham Cooley, Chief Executive Officer of ITM, commented, \"I am really pleased to welcome Barry to the team at ITM.
