[{"type":"text","content":"\n\nPress release\n24 April 2023\n \nIthaca Energy plc\n(\"Ithaca Energy\" or the \"Group\")\n \nPublication of Notice of Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") and 2022 Annual Report and Accounts\nIthaca Energy plc today announces that the Group's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022 (\"2022 Annual Report\") and the Notice of the 2023 Annual General Meeting (\"2023 AGM Notice\") to be held on 24 May 2023, have been published on its website.\n \nIthaca Energy's AGM will be held at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, Earl Street, London, United Kingdom, EC2A 4ES at 2.00 p.m. on 24 May 2023.
