[{"type":"text","content":"\n ITIS Holdings PLC\n06 December 2005\n\n\nCONTRACT WITH MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION APPROVED BY MISSOURI\nHIGHWAYS AND TRANSPORTATION COMISSION\n\n\nITIS Holdings plc ('ITIS' or the 'Company') announces today that it has received\nnotification from its US partner, Delcan NET, that an agreed form contract has\nbeen approved by the Missouri Highways and Transportation commission. This is\nto supply ITIS' Cellular Floating Vehicle Data to the Missouri Department of\nTransportation on 5,400 miles of roadways.\n\nThe contract, covering a two year period, renewable annually thereafter is for a\ntotal of US$6.2 million (£3.6 million) and will be shared between ITIS and\nDelcan NET.
