Rassás has resigned as Chief Strategic Officer of the Company to take on his new role as Executive Chairman.\n As Executive Chairman, Rassás will continue as part of the Company’s C-Suite and shall maintain his operational responsibilities working closely with the Item 9 Labs management team to provide guidance and advisement to the CEO, management and employees. Rassás is a twenty-year veteran of entrepreneurial ventures and business management. He has extensive experience in funding, leading, developing and performing corporate turnarounds.
