The original closing date for the transaction had been April 25, 2013. On April 24, 2013 the Parties agreed to reschedule the closing date until May 25, 2013. Ceelox, Inc. did not complete the Buyer's requirements of the Asset Purchase Agreement by the rescheduled date. No new closing date has been established. \n\n\n\nFredrick W. Wicks, Chairman and CEO of iTeknik Holding Corporation, stated, \"We have been in constant discussions with Ceelox management since the extended closing date passed.
