Mr. Dusenbury is working closely with the Company’s management, legal counsel, and auditors to complete the Restated Financial Statements. The Company wishes to thank outgoing Chief Financial Officer Bryan Loree for his service over the preceding 2 years through a period of extensive transition and acquisitions. The Company will be restating its most recent annual audited financial statements with updated disclosures related to its business acquisitions and as a result, the Company expects its shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange to be trading shortly thereafter.  The Company is currently working with its auditors and the BCSC to resolve this matter.
