[{"type":"text","content":"\nVANCOUVER, British Columbia, June 10, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Isodiol International Inc. (CSE: ISOL) (OTCQB:ISOLF) (FSE: LB6B.F) (the “Company” or “Isodiol”), today announces the voting results from its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”),  held in Mexico City, Mexico on June 6, 2019.  \n All of the matters put forward before shareholders for consideration and approval as set out in the Company’s Management Information Circular, dated April 18, 2019 were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the Meeting, including: To set the number of directors of the Company for the ensuing year at four persons;To elect Marcos Agramont, Patrick Ogle, Marvin Washington and Leonardo Matesanz as directors of the Company to hold office until the next annual general meeting of the Company, or until such time as their successors are duly elected or appointed in accordance with the Company’s constating documents; To appoint Davidson & Company LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as the auditor of the Company for the ensuing year, and to authorize the directors of the Company to fix the remuneration to be paid to the auditor;An ordinary resolution of disinterested shareholders to ratify, confirm and approve the Company’s ongoing stock option plan, as described in the accompanying Management Information Circular.
