Fiscal Q1 2026 Results vs. Year-Ago Quarter Total revenue was $12.0 million compared to $19.0 million, with services income up more than 2x to $1.5 million.Gross profit was $4.8 million compared to $8.5 million, with gross margin of 40.0% compared to 44.7%.Net loss attributable to iPower improved to $0.5 million or $(0.51) per share, compared to net loss attributable to iPower of $2.1 million or $(1.94) per share.As of September 30, 2025, total debt was reduced by 48% to $1.9 million as compared to $3.7 million as of June 30, 2025.
