Keynes Technology Co., Ltd., a publicly-traded company (stock code: KYNS), announced on July 16, 2019 that it had entered into a joint venture with Kn Bioscience Co., Corp Taiwan (KnB).  That joint venture has now been cancelled.

In our July 16, 2019 press release we mistakenly stated that the stock of the company was traded on NASDAQ. This was an error. Our stock is traded on the OTC Marketplace.
