In accordance with the Company''s Code to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, the "Trading window" would remain closed for Promoters, Directors, other Connected persons and designated employees of the Company from April 01, 2025. The trading window will open 48 hours after declaration and dissemination of said financial results to the stock exchange. The closure is in connection with the declaration of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2025.
