Terms used but not defined in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Announcement.\n \nFurther to the Announcement, and the terms of the improved offer announced on 18 July 2017, IP Group is pleased to announce that yesterday it posted the offer document containing the full terms and conditions of the Offer and the procedures for its acceptance (the \"Offer Document\"), together with the prospectus relating to the New IP Group Shares to be issued pursuant to the Offer, to Touchstone Shareholders.\n \nInformation on how to accept the Offer \n \nThe Offer will initially be open for acceptance until 1.00 p.m. (London time) on 15 September 2017.\n \nTo accept the Offer in respect of Touchstone Shares, or any of them, held in certificated form (i.e. Touchstone Shares NOT held in CREST), the Form of Acceptance must be completed in accordance with the instructions printed thereon and returned as soon as possible and, in any event, so as to be received by \nCapita Asset Services, Corporate Actions, The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, BR...
