[{"type":"text","content":"\n Iomart Group PLC\n27 September 2006\n\n iomart Group PLC (the 'Company')\n\n\n\n Result of the Scrip Dividend Alternative\n\n and\n\n Directors' shareholdings\n\n\n\niomart Group plc announces that under the Company's scrip dividend scheme\nshareholders representing 45.02 per cent. of the ordinary shares in issue\nelected to receive shares in lieu of cash in respect of all or part of the final\ndividend for the twelve months to 31 March 2006. Under the terms of the scrip\ndividend, electing shareholders receive new ordinary shares of 1p each ('New\nOrdinary Shares') at an effective price of 69 pence per share in lieu of the\nfinal dividend of 3 pence per share.\n\n\n\nApplication has been made for 1,522,995 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to\ntrading on AIM.
